Returns
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the product is in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be returned with its original packaging. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refund or exchange requests will be processed after our warehouse confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, we will provide a free replacement without requiring a return. Visit our Warranty Claim Page and follow the instructions to submit your request. Once your form is received, we will assist you in processing the replacement at no cost.
How to Return an Item
- Request a refund or exchange by visiting our Return Page.
- You will receive an email with detailed return instructions based on your location.
- Package the item(s) securely and send them back to us as instructed.
- Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds exclude any original delivery costs incurred.

Exchanges
Exchanges are free of charge. To request an exchange, visit our Exchange Page.
- If exchanging for a product of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
- If exchanging for a product of lower value, we will refund the difference.
